Michael Owen’s Brown Panther looks set to score in the Grade One Canadian International Stakes at Woodbine

Woodbine plays host to a handful foreign raiders tonight including Irish St Leger winner Brown Panther, who has the Grade One Canadian International in his sights. Owen’s horse was a run away winner at The Curragh and is in the form of his life.  Hillstar his UK rival in the race is likely to give him the most to think about. However, if The Pizza Man delivers on his previous form he may stop Brown Panther from scoring.

In the Grade Two Neartic Stakes Caspar Netscher’s entry by David Simcock catches the eye alongside that of Charles Hills’s Just The Judge in the EP Taylor.
