Sir Mark Prescott’s Pallasator looks to be outstanding each way ante post value at 10/1 with firms for the Betfred Cesarewitch
The master planner Sir Mark Prescott is certain to have his charge ready for the last big handicap of the season at HQ. Third in the Old Borough Cup at Haydock on his seasonal comeback Pallasator is sure to make a bold show in the Cesarewitch. Punters be warned, this horse could be subject to a big gamble followed by another cigar moment for the Newmarket trainer.
Pallasator’s main threat will come from Lady Cecil’s Tiger Cliff, who is also excellent place value at 7/1 with firms for the race. If Tiger Cliff can win it will be an emotional big race double for a horse who Sir Henry had laid out for the Ebor and this contest.
Crockford is certain that if both horses make the starting line up their prices will have tumbled from the ante post value on offer.
Marco Botti’s Prix De Cadran second Tac De Boistron also presents good value at 14/1 but may not make the line up favouring a run at Ascot a week later.
