Kentucky Derby winner Orb will look to take revenge on the Preakness winner Oxbow in the Belmont Stakes
Orb is favourite to take the last race of the US Triple Crown at Belmont. In his way will be the horse that defeated him in the Preakness last month at Pimlico – Oxbow. Partnered by the veteran Gary Stevens the Lukas trained colt is 6/1 to upset the market leader again but may find it hard to produce the same form.
The Kentucky Derby third Revolutionary looks to be more of a threat and is quoted at 9/2 to reverse the form with the Churchill Downs winner. Revolutionary runs for Todd Pletcher who has five in the field and arguably has place claims with the filly Unlimited Budget. Unlimited Budget finished third in the Kentucky Oaks and will be ridden by the brilliant Rosie Napravnik.
If Orb turns up in the form he showed in Kentucky he will take revenge on Oxbow in the Belmont Stakes.
